This seminar examines the Limited Liability Company (LLC) as a legal entity.
Attendees learn the advantages of a limited liability company over a sole proprietorship, and are able to differentiate between an LLC and an S-Corporation. Additionally, participants learn how an LLC is taxed, as well as the legal requirements necessary to create an LLC
Lastly, best business practices in the operation of an LLC are covered and discussed. At the end of this class you will have the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision concerning the formation of an LLC.
