About the event

This 1-hour class will provide the basic science of the mind-body benefits of mindfulness meditation and practical and easy tools that take less than 2-minutes to calm your body’s nervous system and mind. Today’s scienctists 

estimate that 95% of our brain operates in the subconscious mind, meaning that the majority of the decisions we

make depend on 95% of the brain activity that lies beyond the conscious mind. Science is just now proving what the

Eastern cultures already knew, that you can reprogram the subconscious mind through meditation.
