Mr. Phillips possesses nearly 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. As a senior vice-president for Colorado Business Bank (“CBB”), Mr. Phillips was responsible for generating commercial and industrial loans, SBA lending solutions, and delivering complex treasury management solutions for middle-market businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to this role at CBB, Mr. Phillips spent three years working to establish CBB’s Private Bank in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Phillips has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Graduate School of Banking degree and Wharton Leadership Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. In his personal time, Mr. Phillips serves as a trustee for the Diocese of Colorado Springs Endowment Fund and executive board member of the Pikes Peak Boy Scout Council.
