Be prepared to get Physical and Combative in this Practical Self-Defense Class held in a Martial Arts Dojo! Using a Combination of Krav-Maga, Ninjutsu & Aikido, this introductory class will teach you the skills to prevent an attack before it happens or survive it if it can't be avoided.

Chief Instructor Harry Dollarhide is a Federal Police Officer with The Department of Homeland Security and is charged with training Combatives to multiple Federal, State, & Local Law Enforcement Agencies.

Branch Chief of Operations Ben Osborn is Co-Managing Broker of RE/MAX Urban Properties and has developed this program to keep us Agents Safe in a world where Predators seek easy Victims.

In this 2 hour class, you will learn:

Identification of Pre-Assault Indicators.

Keep It Simple with The 3 A’s - Awareness, Assessment, & Action.

Basic Combatives Skills focused on Neutralizing the Threat in Less than 3 seconds.

Protocol for meeting new clients in person for the first time.

Open House Safety- Showing Homes with Awareness.

Dress Code & Qualifications: Wear comfortable workout clothes for this workshop that will be conducted in a Martial Arts Dojo on Mats. This program is for all age groups and physical abilities.
