In this class, we will identify some of the most commonly encountered defects and issues that come up in home inspections, learn why these common issues are considered defects and the associated problems that can be caused by these identified items, and learn about different potential solutions or repair measures to these items that can be helpful in better understanding the magnitude of cost and labor associated with these inspection items.
