Deana Hart brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every transaction she touches. As an Account Executive at Canyon Title, she works closely with agents and clients to ensure a smooth, seamless closing experience — prioritizing clear communication, quick response times, and the kind of attentive service that helps her partners shine in front of their clients.


What Deana enjoys most about working in title is the people. She values the opportunity to meet new clients and partners every day, and takes pride in helping each transaction move efficiently from start to finish with as little stress as possible.


Outside of work, Deana enjoys spending time outdoors — whether that’s going for a walk, relaxing on a patio, or soaking in a warm summer evening. She also has a passion for organization and wellness, and loves learning more about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.
