Colorado born and raised, Heather has been immersed in real estate since 1999. Her career spans national asset management, short sales, and nearly a decade in escrow, where she specializes in complex, high-stakes closings. Known for her detail-oriented approach and calm under pressure, Heather ensures clients and agents alike navigate every transaction smoothly.


A former short sale negotiator and asset manager, she brings unmatched expertise in investor and traditional resales, distressed properties, multi-state closings, and notary services. Trusted by high-volume agents and investors, Heather is proactive, problem-solving, and fiercely client-focused — always prioritizing people over paperwork.


Outside of work, Heather is a proud mom and nana, a breast cancer survivor, and a passionate volunteer supporting veterans and families in need. She brings the same heart and dedication to her personal life as she does to every closing, making each transaction feel secure, seamless, and celebrated.
