His expertise in client relationship management, business development, and title insurance helps clients navigate transactions with confidence.


Jacob's passion for helping people drives his commitment to delivering exceptional service. He takes a hands-on approach to the closing process, offering clients essential resources from the outset and maintaining clear communication throughout the transaction. His focus on problem-solving and follow-up ensures smooth, efficient closings and long-term client satisfaction.


With a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from La Salle University in Business Development and Management, Jacob combines academic insight with real-world experience. He thrives on guiding clients through complex transactions and takes pride in being a trusted resource who helps them achieve their goals.


Outside of work, Jacob enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Natalie. Whether hiking, skiing, or fly fishing, he embraces new challenges with the same enthusiasm he brings to his professional life. A former University of Kentucky hockey player, Jacob continues to enjoy the sport through local leagues and tournaments, reflecting his dynamic and energetic approach to both work and play.
