With over four decades of experience in title services, Shawn has built her career on mastering the complexities of title closing challenges. As a licensed title professional, she takes a meticulous approach to each file, carefully identifying any closings that require special attention, whether they involve lien satisfactions, judgments, or special documentation requirements.

Throughout her distinguished career, Shawn has developed a reputation for solving title issues that others might find daunting. Her methodical process and deep industry knowledge allow her to ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved. She finds particular satisfaction in untangling complicated title matters and finding solutions to difficult closing situations.

Having been in the industry since 1991, Shawn's expertise spans every aspect of the closing process. Whether working with routine closings or tackling intricate title issues, she maintains the same level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Outside of her professional life, Shawn cherishes time with her family, including her son, an Army Apache Pilot, and her daughter, a high school agriculture teacher, who inspire her continued dedication to excellence in her field.
