We will discuss the four C’s of lending, Credit, Cash, Capacity, and Collateral in depth. This course will illustrate the program guidelines and a few variances between loan programs. We will also explain the Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) we use and how it affects the outcome of a loan. Maybe the most important topic we will discuss is common red flags and the diligence that is required to avoid pitfalls.
