Earnest Money is EASY at Canyon Title with 5 ways to deposit!

1. Canyon Connect, powered by Qualia.  Once we have received your real estate contract and a file is open in Qualia, upon request, we will send you a secure link. Simply snap a photo of your check, upload it through the link, and you're done! No charge, no fuss.

2. Earnnest allows you to securely and electronically transfer earnest money, eliminating the need for checks and ensuring a fast, efficient, and contact-free transaction. Earnnest charges an $18 service fee. Many like this option when they don't have a check or prefer to send us money before Canyon has received a contract.

3. Call our office to obtain Wire Instructions. We use CertifID to ensure safe and secure delivery of our Wire Instructions.

4. Request a prepaid overnight label, at no charge.
