Unlocking AI: How Real Estate Professionals Are Working Smarter, Not Harder

Professional using AI tools on a laptop during an online training session

Canyon Title’s own Jacob Cohen hosted our first-ever virtual AI training on December 2, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations.

"Unlocking AI: Practical Tools Every Agent Can Use Today" brought together real estate agents, loan officers, and industry partners eager to cut through the AI hype and learn tools they could actually use in their businesses.

What We Covered

This wasn't about theory or future possibilities. We focused on practical, easy-to-use AI tools that help real estate professionals work more efficiently while maintaining a personal client experience. Because at the end of the day, relationships still matter most in this business.

We demonstrated how ChatGPT and other AI platforms can assist with:

·        Marketing content creation that doesn't sound robotic

·        Lead generation strategies that save hours of manual work

·        Pricing strategy insights backed by data

The best part? Watching attendees have those "aha" moments during the live demonstrations. You could feel the energy shift when people realized these tools weren't complicated or intimidating.

What Attendees Said

The feedback was clear: people appreciated the practical examples they could apply right away. Several attendees asked for follow-up resources, so we shared AI prompts and templates after the session to help everyone get started right away.

As Jacob Cohen from Canyon Title put it: "AI tools can help real estate professionals work more efficiently while still keeping the client experience personal."

Thank You

A huge thanks to RJ Baxter from Choice Mortgage for co-hosting and helping make this class engaging and informative. These kinds of events only work when great people come together to share knowledge and help the community level up.

What's Next

This was our first AI training, but it definitely won't be our last. Stay tuned for opportunities to join us again in 2026. We're already planning how to make the next one even better.
